As the designer working on the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation project, my focus was on transforming user feedback into actionable features that not only resolve existing frustrations but also elevate the overall user experience. By integrating advanced modeling and calibration tools, we've made compensation planning more intuitive and equitable. The new design emphasizes transparency and user engagement, ensuring that every interaction with the platform is meaningful and directly contributes to our users' business success. This project was an exciting opportunity to push the boundaries of what's possible in HR technology and create a tool that genuinely supports our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
