The redesign of the SAP SuccessFactors Home Page aimed to directly address user feedback concerning the platform's usability and functionality. We strived to create an engaging and efficient entry point that provides a consistent user experience across all devices. Key features of the new design include a simplified user interface, dynamic content personalized to each user's role, and enhanced customization capabilities for administrators. This allows for a tailored experience that meets diverse organizational needs. Additionally, the project was particularly rewarding as it enhanced accessibility and ease of use, making daily interactions with the platform a seamless part of the workday. This redesign addresses issues like complex navigation and limited customization options, significantly improving user interaction with the platform.
Customer Pain Points:
• Complex Navigation and Accessibility: Users experienced difficulties in navigating the legacy home page, finding it cumbersome to access necessary information and tasks quickly.
